How to book

1. Find an available time slot in the live schedule below.
2. Click the time slot and follow the booking instructions.
3. Complete your payment to finish your booking. Payment is required at the time of booking.

Booking within 72 hours?

Bookings less than 72 hours in advance must be arranged directly with the EMFC Office. Contact us for availability and confirmation.

Bulk or recurring bookings

Planning multiple sessions or a season-long block? Contact us directly to discuss your preferred dates and times.

What to include in your booking request

• Your name, organization or team, and phone number.
• Preferred date, start time and rental duration.
• Field 1, Field 2, or both fields combined.
• Type of activity and expected number of participants.
• Any recurring dates, special requirements or event setup needs.

Please note: Rental rates are subject to GST. For bookings outside regular hours, contact facility@eastsidememorialfc.com .
